Commercial Unloading Heads | ||
| Flange mount Horizontal, 27° Incline or Double Drive Vertical style head sections available. All include necessary tubes, flights, motor mount, belt(s), belt guard, pulley(s), and connector shafts. 27° Inclines feature an oversized transition boot with heavy knuckle and bronze hanger bearing for maximum capacity and reliable service. | Commercial sweeps for bins to 120' dia. are available in 8", 10", and 12" sizes. Capacities from 2050 to 5900 BPH. Recomended sweep size is 2" smaller than the diameter of the under bin auger that it will feed. Sweeps incude all extension sections, chain reduction drive, belt(s), pulleys(s), belt(s), belt guard, motor mount, and end wheel. Add options like the Reduction End Wheel or Motorized Push Tractor and Patented Sensor for added performance. | |||

| Handle up to 10, 000 BPH! Available in 12" or 16" Models. Direct coupled "C" face motor eliminates belts and pulleys. Motorized gear reduced Push Tractor standard on both models. Commercial Duty Power Sweep | ||
| Commercial sweeps are designed for operation in concrete floors with drag chain or screw conveyors below. 10 or 12" models available for bins to 78 ft. in diameter. Internally motorized double gearbox driven sweeps are capable of housing an explosion proof motor (not included). 4 to 1 Reduction End Wheel Standard. | |||
